It was, as expected, a traditional end to the Tour de France in Paris; a win for Contador, the best sprinter (Cavendish) winning the final stage, and Lance Armstrong confirming a near-perfect comeback with a third place finish. Everyone, it seems, returns home from a sunny Paris very satisfied with three excellent weeks of racing.
